Pet Day

Kia Ora Bloggers!  Last post was the first part of pet day when me and Abby made a sand saucer, this is the part of the day where the pets come me and Abby mostly spent the time with each other and if you haven't seen her blog please go check it out to see her blog about pet day! I bring my dog Rosie  my friend Abby  brang her little dog Maggie. Maggie had blue stuff in her tail she was super cute. I also like that there was a sheep! it was so cute. I really liked my friends horse or should I say unicorn Carlie.

The shore the sheep by holding the legs with one hand a shaving the other being careful not to get to close to the skin the hot some of the legs between there own legs to get every bit of wool of.

This is Bridget's big unicorn and she is so cute and I hope that she is coming to pet day next year.

Abby And My Sand Saucer

Kai Ora Bloggers ! I'm Maddison from YMS a d I can't wait to share this with you but today is pet day! yip today the 30th of the 11th 2018. I am super happy for my little dog to come to school. I cant wait to see her and play with her for the rest of the day I decide to share with you mine and abby's sand saucer. we made one each and then made one together and I really liked the ones I have made.

This is a photo of our sand saurser and we have made it with a few flowers from both of our bunches and we have used Abby's mirrors and I really liked effect it gave to it as well.

Hooked on books goldfish boy

                  



Kia ora  Bolggers! welcome back and as you know I have just had a hocked on books week at school if you dont know what that means it is that we get a new book every day cool right! well I have disided that I am going to share some of my favrotes the one at the top is my first one.


Gold fish boy is about a boy who likes to wach his nabours and then he finds himself in the middle of a problam that he needs to solve












This is my second favorite it's about a boy who has made a truth telling app and his dad has a secret he is not willing to share.





I like these books because of how they hooked  the readers in with secret, cliffhangers, powerful words. these have really shown me all of the different types of books and now I really like mystery books and I am now going to stat to find more and new books that I wouldn't usually pick.

I am super exited for the next hocked on books, I cant wait to share more things with you soon Bye!

Hooked on Books Week!

I was so Excited when I saw the banner in the window! this week was hooked on books week Yay! so if you don't know what that means we get a new book everyday and we donated it to our school library and we have a book character day I was Nikki Maxwell from dork diaries.

Day 2

This is me and my friend bridget on book character day!

On book charter day there were so many people in books that I never knew about I was shocked. This year I was happy because there weren't as many harry potters as last time, I had the most fun at the paraied when I got to high five everyone. I like my friends costume Her name is Jedi and she went as Moana, It was so detailed. I also like my friend Abby's costume she was a wolf from twilight .

Attitude

Kia ora bloggers! today I was super excited because Attitude was coming to my class the talked to us about questions that we may ask yourself like am I normal? the person who came in today was Tamatia, he was super nice and friendly but also very funny.


First we talked about some funny stories that happened to us and Tammatia, he always made us laugh!
then he talked to us about our personality and the types of animals we are.
1 the otter this is the person that loves to have fun and likes to be happy I found that Im half otter.
2 the lion this is the person that always wants to be the leader and helps people be the best.
3 the golden retriever this is the person who is kind a caring and loving to everyone but has trouble saying no, I found that I was a little bit of this.
4 the bever this is the person who makes sure to get it right the first time, I found that im alot like this person.

After that it had been about 45 minutes and I was very excited to see what he was going to end with and those were our environment were in our genes and our choices and what choices we should make to help ourselves and others.

What I learnt, I learnt that we should be happy about us and love who we are I am super happy that he came and I can't wait to see attitude again.

My Free Writing!

Today I have finshed of my free writeing called the ghost and I really am proud of this work. I think that it is funny and so cute and I love the little ghost.
Please tell me what you think because I just love it. Please give me feedback on the quality of the slide and the story, the process was simple I found the cute photo and decided to make a story about it then I made the charter and through all of the stories. Maths! ( Area and Diameter of a Circle )

Kia Ora, Welcome! for starters thank you for coming on my blog! please leave a comment of how you did with some of the math questions. I have been learning a lot of new math skills but these were my favorites, what are yours?

First this is the area to do this I counted with the rows abouve. to find the awnser you have to find out what number of squares is missing in the middle of the square.
