Enemy At The Gate

In Rimu we have been learning and reading about Novel study, I have blogged about this not too long ago and I have decided to tell you how the book is going and what I think of it. Enemy At The Gate is a FABULOUS book and I have enjoyed it very much. I haven't finished The book yet but  I am up to pg 199. This book is about the infinite paralysis that went around in New Zealand in the 1920s. Some say it was New Zealand's plague. The book has found is interesting in many ways (1, because it is true. (2, Because it has happened in my country. (3, They have used some amazing words. (4, All of the facts and research that has gone into it.
So far I am up to the part was the main charter  ( Tom ) sister has caught the infinite paralysis, her name is Flo.

About Flo.

When she is older she wants to be a movie star.
She loves attention.
She loves her little brother and sister and is always kind to them.

About Tom.
He loves to play games.
He can run very fast.
When he is older he wants to run in the Olympics like Jack Lovelock  ( About Jack Lovelock )
His best friend is named Charlie.


To get you all an idea of what the book is like, this is what it says on the back blurb of the book.
