Day One. Summer Learning Journey. Discovering Aotearoa.

Welcome to my blog. This is another Summer learning post that I am super glad to share with you all today. It was very interesting to  think about and I have enjoyed working on and completing this activity very much. I have enjoyed this activity  because I have found it really interesting to dig deeper and it is really cool to share a bit of where my family has come from.

I really found it fun to relate my family to Abel Tasman, Polynesia like Kupe. I found it fun and I am glad I shared my work in this way but I think that there could be   more creative way to do it witch is what I want to do in my next blog post to make it more interesting not only to me but to the viewer.

Summer Learning Journey Day 1 Setting Sail

Today will be the first day of the summer learning journey. I found this activity quite interesting because there is a lot of different types of food that do different types of things. 

I really enjoyed thinking about all of the different types of food and learning about other types of people opinions on what to bring and why.

I also really really enjoyed making the title page because I think that it matched the entire theme of the infomation in the blog post. I did find it a bit challenging to make this post very creative. But I still am happy and proud of my blog.

Final Assembly!

Kia Ora!

Today is going to be one of my last blogs for the school year. On thursday we all got together for three hours to say goodbye to some of the teachers and all of the year eights and others leaving this school. All the classes shared something. Our class did a Trailer for the Pantomime we have been working on.
There were some tears but it was goo dot have a proper goodbye to everyone leaving form Yaldhurst. Model School.

my favorite part of the assembly was seeing all of the classes performances.
